• Your phone number or email address — to send reminders via your chosen channel
• Your reminder preferences — what you want to be reminded of and when

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Send the reminders you have requested through Avisto
• Improve the reliability of our notification service
• Respond to your support requests

Who we share data with

Avisto uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Twilio — to deliver WhatsApp and SMS notifications
• Meta / WhatsApp — as the messaging platform for WhatsApp delivery

These providers are GDPR compliant and have their own privacy policies.

Your rights under GDPR

As a user based in Europe, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

Data retention
